[TC LDTP Batch 2 Graduation] After a year of participating in the Leadership Development Training Program (LDTP), the thirty-nine (39) participants successfully completed the courses and topics of the LDTP, celebrating their graduation on April 6, 2024, at Narra Hall, Molave Hotel.
Dir. Rosamaria S. Torrejano welcomed and congratulated the graduates. Following this, Rev. Apriliel R.Salmon delivered a compelling lecture on the importance of spirituality in effective leadership. Consequently, Dir. Hermarie T. Esmael imparted her message by encouraging graduates to embrace their potential with courage and compassion.
Each participant received certificates and plaques, with the top-ranking graduates awarded a prestigious Sablay and granted a special opportunity to attend national federation assemblies such as NATCCO, MCN, and MASS-PECC.
Dir. Gertrudes L. Yap lauded the graduates’ achievements and exhorted them to perpetuate their journey of enlightenment and social contribution. Altogether, the LDTP Batch 2 graduates harmoniously rendered their theme song.
Against the backdrop of a world yearning for principled and adept leaders, LDTP steadfastly empowers individuals with the requisite skills and ethical moorings so that each graduate emerges equipped to lead with purpose and distinction.
