[Congratulations] After years of hard work, meticulous planning, and thorough preparation, Tagum Cooperative has triumphed in the ISO 9001:2015 Certification Audit Stage 2 conducted by TUV NORD PHILIPPINES led by auditors Jennifer Pambid, Melita Lilibeth Cruz, and April Diaz.
The audit, which took place on January 25-26, 2024, covered different aspects of Tagum Cooperative’s operations, including the main site at TC Home Office, TC Bajada Branch, and TC Funecare 1 & 2. The auditors rigorously examined the cooperative’s processes to ensure compliance with the stringent ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Achieving ISO certification is a significant milestone for Tagum Cooperative reflecting its commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality management. This success is the outcome of the collective efforts of the Board of Directors, Senior Management, and all cooperative employees with special recognition to the Quality Management Department led by Maam Gennivie O. Avelino.
