The assembly embodied the theme, โNavigating New Horizons: Elevating Service Excellence towards Sustained Adherence to Cooperative International Standards,โ which encapsulates the spirit of dedication, innovation, and commitment to quality cooperative service.
Noteworthy highlights of the assembly included the handling of the ISO 9001:2015 certificate, which was awarded to Tagum Cooperative on January 26, 2024. Following this, the presentation of candidates and the ensuing voting process brought forth important decisions. Also, the engaging business session was chaired by the immediate past Chairperson of the Board of Directors, Dir. Nenita R. Malbas, with the active participation of the district representatives.
