The event was formally opened with a welcome address by the Chief Finance Officer, Mr. Sherwin Gabriel C. Petalino. Guided by the expertise of Gina May O. Calimbas and John Earvin C. Gonzales, participants engaged in hands-on learning from marinating meat to fermenting vegetables. Additionally, They learned not only how to perfect these traditional recipes, but also how to manage the delicate balance of ingredients, time and business acumen.

Beyond the skills and techniques, what mattered the most was gaining courage toย  turn these skills into a small business or a way to support their families.
