[TC Personality Development: Business Professional Image] Employees of Tagum Cooperative, representing various disciplines of expertise, joined Batch 5 of the Management Training Program (MTP). The first session focused on Personality Development: Business Professional Image, held on Wednesday, August 14, 2024, at Sans Hotel, The Luxebridge Suites in Davao City.
Ms. Shen Myhr M. Saligan, HRM Officer III, formally opened the training workshop, urging the delegates to embody the principles of management training.
The resource speaker, Ms. Nicole Hao Bian Ledesma, discussed that management is a multifaceted role. She highlighted the importance of preparing delegates, who bring varied experiences across levels and departments, to manage different personalities and situations within the cooperative effectively. Ms. Ledesma also provided guidance on cultivating a professional workplace image, including proper posture, business attire, and other etiquette.
A key takeaway from this training is that every delegate is invested in a thoughtful and integrative management training program.
