[TC Skills Training for TC Members] Tagum Cooperative, through the GAD/GE Committee, initiated a series of Skills Training for selected TC Members on Tuesday, August 13, 2024, at the TC Market Stall within the Public Market of Tagum.
Several members of the Board of Directors were present, including Chairperson Dir. Rosamaria S. Torrejano, Dir. Nenita R. Malbas, Dir. Josephine L. Fadul, and the Secretary of the GAD/GE Committee Mr. Mauricio L. Limbaga.
Two hands-on sessions were conducted to equip participants with practical skills that can generate income, either through employment or by starting a home-based business. Ms. Juliet Baruiz facilitated the first session on Ice Cream Making which offered participants to explore a variety of flavors such as chocolate, cookies and cream, and mango. After a brief lunch break, the second session on Soap Making was skillfully guided by Ms. Gerlie Quezon.
Indeed, Tagum Cooperative remains true to its mission of delivering meaningful activities and programs to elevate the socio-economic status of its members.
